President Ilham Aliyev addresses participants of Congress of Azerbaijan Writers' Union

President Ilham Aliyev sent a welcoming letter to the participants of the 13th Congress of the Azerbaijan Writers' Union.

The letter was read out by Farah Aliyeva, Head of the Department for Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora Issues, Multiculturalism and Religion of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan.
