At present, the draft and estimate documents of 132 buildings of various purposes to be built in Karabakh from 25 ministries and committees have been submitted to the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), chief of the General Administrative office for State Expertise of MES, Tayyar Huseynli, said at the conference themed "Modern materials, mechanisms, and rules of use applied in the construction of roads, bridges, and tunnels within the framework of reconstruction of Karabakh”.

"79 of them received a positive opinion. In 20 projects, certain comments were identified, and the designers are working on them. In addition, 33 projects are currently under consideration,” he said.
