Zelenskyy: 'It is too early to talk about the liberation of Crimea'
24.08.2023 18:00
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine confirmed the defense intelligence group suffered no losses during the special operation to land in the temporarily occupied Crimea while emphasizing that it is too early to talk about the liberation of the peninsula.
He noted this during a joint press conference with the President of Portugal, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, in Kyiv, reported from Ukrinform.

"It is too early to talk about the liberation of Crimea. Second, I will have a detailed report from General Budanov. The third - yes, these are our guys. Fourth, there are no casualties on our side, which is good news. At least, this is what I could discuss over the phone with the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate,” Zelenskyy told journalists.
