In many countries of the world cycling is viewed as the most environmentally friendly and healthy mode of transport. For example, in European countries all necessary conditions have already been created for the use of bicycles. In the past years the interest in this mode of transport is also growing in Azerbaijan.

However, due to the lack of cycle tracks in the streets of towns and villages of the country the fans of this mode of transport have to wait the night or to gather in the car free areas.
