A group of European Union countries supports the Czech Republic's proposal to restrict the movement of Russian diplomats within the EU to the territories of the states where they are accredited, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský said before the start of the meeting of the community's foreign ministers.

According to the information which cites TASS, this proposal has been on the table for nine months.
