Azerbaijan's Lachin, Ukraine's Irpin become twin cities

Azerbaijan's Lachin and Ukraine's Irpin have become twin cities, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ukraine Seymur Mardaliyev wrote on X.

"MoU on establishing twinning relations between the city of Lachin of Azerbaijan and the city of Irpin of Ukraine was signed today during Mayor of Irpin O.Markushin visit to Lachin opening an important new chapter in Azerbaijan-Ukraine interregional cooperation. Lachin revives and promotes friendships. Good luck to both cities!" he wrote.
