Ukraine's victory plan consists of five points. It also contains three secret provisions, said President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who presented the plan in the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament)

Zelenskyy said that the first point is related to geopolitics, the second and third to military issues. The fourth concerns the economic sphere, and the fifth concerns security.

According to him, the main focus is on the process of Ukraine's integration into NATO. The defense point of the plan has a secret addendum, which is accessible to partners with military potential to provide assistance.

The third point also has a secret part, which has been presented to the leaders of the US, UK, France, Italy and Germany.
