Armenia won't attend CSTO summit in Astana
25.11.2024 17:04
Armenia will not participate in the CSTO summit in Astana on November 28, Russia's Permanent Representative to the CSTO Viktor Vasilyev said.

"Armenian colleagues have declined personal participation in this event. However, they do not object to all documents that are supposed to be approved being adopted in a so-called limited format," he said.

A joint meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers, and the Committee of Security Council Secretaries, followed by a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council will be held in Astana on November 28.

The participating countries will discuss regional and international security issues. A number of documents will be adopted following the meeting.
