Serbia expects to sign gas contract with Russia soon

Serbia expects to sign a gas supply agreement with Russia in the near future, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin said at the Verona Eurasian Economic Forum on December 6.

"We expect to sign an agreement with Russia on gas supplies soon and believe that we will get the best possible conditions," he said.

Vulin expressed confidence that this kind of cooperation in the energy sector "will allow the Serbian economy to continue growing."
