Thanks to its affordable internet tariffs and competitive pricing strategy, Nar has been recognized as the country's leading mobile operator for the sixth consecutive year in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) Index. In addition to maintaining overall leadership in NPS, the operator achieved the highest customer loyalty ratings in Ganja, Khachmaz, Sumgait, Absheron, and Lankaran. According to respondents, Nar offers the best mobile internet and the most affordable prices in the market. The survey, conducted by an international research company, included participants from various age groups and professional backgrounds. The results reaffirm Nar’s sustained leadership in customer satisfaction.

One of the key factors enhancing Nar’s customer experience is its network of modern and accessible retail stores. In 2024, six new stores were opened across the country. Additionally, the modernization of Nar stores, which began in 2019, has now been fully completed. Today, all Nar stores feature a contemporary concept and a customer-centric design, creating a more convenient environment for mobile communication services—further strengthening customer loyalty.

Beyond offering high-quality and affordable services, Nar also strengthens customer loyalty through its social responsibility strategy. In 2024, the company invested nearly 2 million AZN in over 40 social projects focused on education, cultural heritage, patriotism, and inclusivity. These initiatives highlight Nar’s commitment to creating social value and contributing to the well-being of the community. The company aims to further expand these efforts in 2025, continuing its mission to make a positive impact on society.

Nar currently provides high-quality communication services to 2.2 million subscribers. Nar is the leading mobile operator in the country according to the Net Promoter Score for the last 6 years. The mobile operator adheres to a customer-centric strategy and provides excellent service at an affordable price.
