AE Arma-Elektropanc wins Baku White City contract

Turkey’s Arma-Electropanc has been awarded a $42.5 million mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) contract to build the first and largest hotel at the huge Baku White City development in Azerbaijan.

The project will have a built-up area of over 90,000 square meters with 818 rooms. 

The project is being developed by Pasha Construction. It is due to be completed before the opening of the inaugural European Game in Baku in the first quarter of 2015.
