Azerbaijan’s GDP grows by 0.9% in January–July 2025

Azerbaijan’s total gross domestic product (GDP) amounted to 72.43 billion manat  in January–July 2025, , marking a 0.9% increase compared to the same period last year.

The added value in the oil and gas sector declined by 3.3%, while the non-oil and gas sector recorded a 3.1% growth.

GDP distribution by sectors was as follows: industry accounted for 35.0%, trade and repair of vehicles 10.1%, transport and warehousing 7.0%, agriculture, forestry and fishing 6.3%, construction 6.0%, accommodation and food services 2.8%, information and communication 1.8%, and other sectors made up 21.1%. Net taxes on products and imports represented 9.9% of GDP.

GDP per capita reached 7,076.9 manat.
