Azerbaijan congratulates Türkiye on hosting COP31, pledges full support

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry has congratulated Türkiye on being selected as the host country for the 31st UN Climate Change Conference (COP31), and Australia on being chosen as president of the negotiations.

In a statement posted on X, the ministry said that as the COP29 chair, Azerbaijan will spare no effort to support the successful delivery of COP31.
