Drowning man rescued on Baku Boulevard

Rescuers from Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations saved a man from drowning on Baku Boulevard in the “White City” area.

According to the ministry, during a rapid diving-rescue operation, 1993-born N. Alizade was pulled from the water and handed over to the relevant authorities.
