Cloudy, windy weather expected in Baku

Cloudy and windy weather is forecast for Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on December 20, Azerbaijan’s National Hydrometeorological Service said.

Conditions are expected to be mostly dry, with occasional drizzle possible in some areas during the evening and night. A northwesterly wind is forecast.

Night-time temperatures will range from 2 to 4 degrees Celsius, rising to 7–11C during the day. Atmospheric pressure is expected to fall from 770 mm to 767 mm, while relative humidity will stand at 80–85% at night and 60–70% during the day.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, weather is also expected to remain mostly dry, with fog possible in some areas and easterly winds blowing.

Temperatures will range from -3C to 2C at night and 7–12C during the day, while mountainous areas will see -5C to -10C at night and 2–7C during the day.
