Azerbaijan Bar Association expels one lawyer over disciplinary violations

The Presidium of the Azerbaijan Bar Association held its очередное заседание, during which appeals and disciplinary cases related to lawyers’ professional conduct were reviewed, the association said.

According to the Bar Association, one lawyer was expelled from membership for disciplinary violations, while three others were fined.

In addition, one lawyer was formally instructed to strictly comply with the requirements of legislation in the course of professional activity.
