Azerbaijan sets manat at 1.7000 per dollar on Jan. 6

 Azerbaijan’s central bank set the official exchange rate of the manat at 1.7000 per U.S. dollar on Jan. 6, 2026, while fixing the euro at 1.9947 manat, 100 Russian roubles at 2.0920 manat, and the Turkish lira at 0.0395 manat.

The manat remained unchanged against the dollar, to which it has been effectively pegged since 2017. The central bank publishes official exchange rates each business day.
