Trump: Iran wants to make a deal
US President Donald Trump said that dialogue between Tehran and Washington is continuing and that the Iranian side is trying to reach an agreement.
that Trump made this statement while answering questions from reporters on the plane flying from West Palm Beach, Florida, to Washington.
"We are negotiating. I don't think they are ready for a deal, but they are very close. They are very keen to make a deal," the US president said.
Trump also noted that the Iranian authorities do not yet seem ready to comply with Washington's demands.
"They want to negotiate, but I don't think they're ready yet. I don't think they're ready to do what they need to do. But I think they'll be ready after a while," he added.

"I'm not declaring it over yet," Trump said.
