Azerbaijan Subordinates Healthcare Agency TABIB to Health Ministry Under Presidential Decree

The public legal entity "Administration of Regional Medical Divisions" (TABIB) has been placed under the subordination of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Azerbaijan, following a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

Under the presidential decree, TABIB's charter capital will be established through the assets of the public legal entity. The agency will maintain its operational continuity until the completion of official state registration, with the powers of its Supervisory Board temporarily exercised by a commission formed by the Ministry of Healthcare.

Executive leadership will be administered by an Executive Board comprising a chairman and four deputies, all appointed and dismissed directly by the Health Ministry.
