Teymur Musayev Named Deputy Prime Minister, Anar Bayramov Appointed Health Minister

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed decrees formalizing new key government appointments. Under the decrees, Teymur Musayev was relieved of his post as Minister of Healthcare and appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan. By another presidential decree, Anar Bayramov has been appointed Minister of Healthcare.

Musayev served as Minister of Healthcare from January 19, 2022, having previously held the roles of First Deputy Minister and Acting Minister starting in April 2021. The decree naming Anar Bayramov as the new Minister of Healthcare was likewise signed on October 19, 2026.
