Socar builds 1,179 km of gas pipelines in Georgia last year

In 2013 the SOCAR Georgia Gas company constructed 1,179 kilometers of new gas pipelines and provided natural gas to 37,500 subscribers, according to a report on the website of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR). 

Currently the total length of pipelines in Georgia amounts to 3,969 kilometers, and the total number of subscribers has reached 347,000, according to the report.
