Chess grandmaster Vugar Gashimov buried in Baku - UPDATE

The body of Azerbaijani chess grandmaster Vugar Gashimov, who died of a brain tumor in a German hospital last week, has been flown to Baku and buried.

Gashimov passed away at the age of 27.

The farewell ceremony was held today at the Republican Chess Center.
