One killed in explosion at Baku sports complex

A man was killed and another wounded in an explosion at the “Lokomotiv” sports complex in Baku’s Bilacari residential area on Dec. 27.The blast was caused by a gas leak, according to the Ministry of Emergencies.

Sahvaland Mammadov, born in 1964, was killed and Elvin Qurbanov, 27, was injured, the ministry said.
