Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on Dec. 28.Temperatures will rise to 2-7°C at night and 7-12 °C in the daytime, according to the National Hydro-Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource.South winds will blow. Showers are expected in some areas.   ANN.Az
