A cold and rainy weather is expected in Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, on Dec. 12.Temperatures in Baku will drop to 0-3°C, according to the National Hydro-meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource.Northern winds will blow. Showers are expected in some places.ANN.Az
