Dry weather is expected in Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, on Dec. 5. Temperatures in Baku will drop to 0-3°C at night and 8-13°C in the daytime, according to the National Hydro-meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource. South-west winds will blow.ANN.Az
