Youth party in Art Villa - PHOTO

L.GasimovaOn the last day of autumn in the gallery Art Villa (Council) was an exhibition of works by young, talented, but not yet well-known photographers.The theme of the exhibition was "Azerbaijani architecture." Young photographers captured images on our pride - the architectural masterpieces of Azerbaijan. These are the Nizami Ganjavi Mausoleum in Ganja, the narrow cobblestone streets of the fortress Inner City, the monument to Hazi Aslanov in Lankaran, the Government House, the Murtuza Mukhtarov Mosque, Maiden's Tower, the domes of the Palace of Shirvanshakhs and others. The works were more than 40.The event was attended by representatives of the media and TV. A highlight of the evening, of course, was the "eternal Bakuvian," KVN (Merry and Smart Club) show star, director and writer Bahram Bagirzade.Music played in the hall. The audience was entertained by a young man performing hits in English. He looked young - like representatives of the youth of today - a knitted hat, wide-rimmed glasses, tight jeans, not laced orange and brown shoes and an elegant scarf around his neck. He sang with such feeling that he closed his eyes in pleasure. It was obvious that he liked it there.Then, to determine the winner of the Audience Award, the exhibition organizers distributed leaflets in which guests wrote the name of the photographer, whose work they had taken to heart. The leaflets were put in a small box. The winner was Agha Mohammad with the original photograph "Reflection of Government House."Generally, our talented young people came to this show seriously. The works were carried out very professionally. This led to a sense of pride and joy for the fact that our homeland has never been scanty of talents.And then, finally, the rewarding began. All the participants received diplomas.The first three places were as follows: the 1st place - Emin Jahandar for the work "Fortress in the fort" and "Our unforgettable story", the 2nd place - Dashgin Mursalzade and the 3rd place - Mukhtar Hasanov.The diplomas were presented by Bahram Bagirzade. The audience greeted the judges' decision with loud applause, happy for everyone and congratulating each. Bahram praised the commitment of the young people to doing the things they love.Observing all these works depicting our rich architecture, we wish the young photographers a good career, success, awards, recognition, and new shows.Translation: Surkhay Murad  ANN.Az
