Snow expected in Azerbaijan

Dry weather is expected in Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, on Dec. 3. Temperatures in Baku will drop to 6-9°C at night and 10-12°C in the daytime, according to the National Hydro-meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource.
