The contest is implemented in partnership with the SS Production and with the support of the Azerbaijan Writers’ Union, The winners are defined by the jury panel composed of Hasham Najafzade, Head of Children’s Literature Section of the Azerbaijan Writers’ Union, Chinghiz Abdullayev, Secretary of the Writers’ Union, and children story writers - professor Zahid Khalil, Ilyas Tapdyg and Gulzar Ibrahimova.
