Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on January 9, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Snow and fog are expected in some areas.  

Temperatures will range between - 1 C and - 3 C below at night and 2 C in the daytime.
