Turkmen president, Azeri foreign minister discuss ties

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov called for expansion of regional cooperation at their meeting on Thursday.
They stressed the importance of holding a three-party meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Turkey, Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry said.
Mammadyarov expressed his satisfaction with the level of Azeri-Turkmen cooperation.
The parties also discussed bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, science and education.
