Azerbaijan March weather forecast announced

The weather forecast for March has been announced in Azerbaijan.

 

Frequently varying weather conditions, typical to the transitional period, are expected during March, the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told APA. 

 

Despite fluctuations in general temperature, the average monthly temperature will be close to the climate norm.

 

The monthly precipitation will be close to the climate norm, while a little high in some areas. 

 

The average monthly temperature in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula is predicted to be 5…7 C (2…7 C at nights, sometimes -2…0 C, 8…13 C during daytimes, and sometimes even 17…19 C during the second half of March). These figures and the monthly precipitation too will be close to the climate norm (norm: 20…27 C).
