Stable weather is expected in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, on March 31, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, ANN.Az reports. 

Temperatures will range between 2 C - 4 C at night and 5 C - 9 C and in the daytime.

North wind will blow.
