Missing Azerbaijani businessman found dead in Russia

Akbarov’s body was identified by his relatives.

 

The experts are trying to determine the cause of his death. The investigation of the case will be handed over to the Ishim Prosecutor’s Office in case the businessman is found to be killed, APA reports. 

 

On January 17, Akbarov’s son appealed to the Surgut police. He said that his father called his relatives at about 22:00 on January 16 to inform that he came back home by his car. Afterwards, Akbarov didn’t contact anyone. His "Toyota Land Cruiser 200" car was found near his house. Some persons attacked and took him to an unknown direction. Akbarov’s bloody hat was found at the scene.

 

Akbarov was engaged in the sale of meat products.
