(Baku Daily) - Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR has produced more crude oil and natural gas in the first ten months of 2014 year on year.

Oil production in the January-October period rose to 7 million tons (171,000 barrels a day) from 6.9 million tons a year earlier, the company said on its website.

Gas output grew to 6.1 billion cubic meters from 5.9 billion cubic meters.
