Ukraine’s air defense forces destroy over 20 air targets in 1 day

On September 6, the Russian Armed Forces attacked the territory of Ukraine using missiles and drones, reported from RBC-Ukraine.

Seven X-101/X-555/X-55 air-launched missiles, 1 Iskander-M ballistic missile and 25 Shahed-136/131 attack drones were fired. A total of 33 enemy air targets were recorded.

The missiles were fired from 9 Tu-95ms strategic aviation aircraft from the Engels region, and drones from the southeast and south directions (Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Chauda). Anti-aircraft missile forces, fighter aircraft, mobile fire groups and other means of destruction were involved in repelling an air attack.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that 8 missiles and 15 attack UAVs were destroyed by air defense forces and means.
