Ukrainian army repels over 30 Russian attacks on Luhansk, Donetsk regions

Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled more than 30 attacks of Russian troops in the Luhansk and Donetsk provinces of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said , reported from UNIAN.

The Russian army reportedly continues to try to fully capture these Ukrainian regions.

In the Marinka direction, Ukrainian fighters repelled all 13 Russian attacks near the city of Marinka. The Russians did not attack on the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, limiting themselves to artillery and air strikes.

"In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy carried out offensive operations in the direction of Klishchiivka, but had no success," the General Staff said.
