NATO Secretary General warns Russia: Nuclear rhetoric is irresponsible and dangerous
25.01.2023 13:30
Kremlin's "nuclear rhetoric" is irresponsible and dangerous, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told German newspaper Die Welt, reported from RBC-Ukraine.

He said that Russia is unlikely to use nuclear weapons, noting that Russia must know that a nuclear war cannot be won and, therefore, this war must not be started.

Stoltenberg added that NATO continues to watch Moscow's actions. According to him, there are no changes in the Russian nuclear forces, stressing that they would have reacted otherwise.
