Volodymyr Zelenskyy shows bunker for first time: “I need weapons, not a taxi”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has for the first time shown the bunker beneath the Presidential Office on Bankova Street in Kyiv.

He recalled rejecting an evacuation offer at the start of the war, saying: “I need weapons, not a taxi.”

Zelenskyy said Ukraine has defended its independence over four years of war and stressed that any ceasefire must include security guarantees.
