Azerbaijan has supported the decision to maintain current oil production levels until the end of 2026, adopted at the 39th ministerial meeting of OPEC and non-OPEC countries, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy said on Thursday.

The ministry stated that Azerbaijan’s crude oil production quota of 551,000 barrels per day will remain unchanged during this period.

The meeting also tasked the OPEC Secretariat with determining baseline crude oil production levels for OPEC+ countries for 2027.

The 40th ministerial meeting of OPEC and non-OPEC countries is scheduled to be held on November 30, 2025, the ministry added.
