U.S. envoy says talks underway with Iran, IAEA involved in process

The U.S. is engaged in talks with Iran over its nuclear program, and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is involved in the discussions, U.S. Special Representative Steven Witkoff said in an interview with Fox News.

“I speak with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi multiple times a day. He agrees with my assessment that Iran’s uranium enrichment capabilities must be eliminated,” Witkoff said.

He added that negotiations with Tehran are ongoing: “I believe the talks are promising.”
