Azerbaijan approves new court documentation regulations

Azerbaijan’s Judicial-Legal Council has approved updated procedural guidelines for court documentation management, the council said on Wednesday.

Council Chairman Inam Karimov highlighted recent achievements in judicial administration, including outcomes of international events marking the body’s 20th anniversary.

A draft methodology for evaluating judges’ performance was also reviewed, and working groups were formed to assess the efficiency of civil, criminal, and administrative case adjudication.
