Azerbaijan Central Bank releases exchange rates for Dec. 4

According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the official rate of the U.S. dollar remained unchanged at 1.7000 manats.

The euro rose 0.1% to 1.9817 manats, while 100 Russian rubles increased 0.6% to 2.2074 manats.
