Azerbaijani defense minister checks combat readiness of troops

Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov has checked the combat readiness of military units and formations stationed along the front line, News.Az reports.
The comprehensive combat readiness, skills of promptly performing tasks and maneuvering capabilities of troops who were woken up with a sudden alarm were put the test, the Defense Ministry said on Aug. 20.
The defense minister praised the combat and operational capabilities of military units and their ability to conduct military operations.
