Senior Azerbaijani official criticizes OSCE Minsk Group

Novruz Mammadov, head of the foreign relations department at the presidential office, has accused the OSCE Minsk Group of not being "serious” about resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Mammadov said that the Minsk Group "does not use the instruments of international law” to resolve the conflict. "This proves that the approach of the co-chair countries to the conflict is not quite fair," he said.
