Unstable weather will persist in Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, on February 19. 

Temperatures will drop to 4-7°C degrees, according to the National Hydro-Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource. Rain is possible in some areas. 

North and west winds will blow.
