Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be cloudy on March 5. 

Temperatures will drop to 5-8 degrees, according to the National Hydro-Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource. Rain is possible in some areas. 

North and west winds will blow.
