Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be cloudy on March 8. 

Temperatures will drop to 5-8 degrees, according to the National Hydro-Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource. Fog is possible in some areas. 

South winds will blow.
