NASA video reveals ‘bigfoot skull’ on Mars

UFO-hunters have pounced on the discovery and are hailing it as long-awaited proof of alien life.

The video was beamed back to earth by NASA's Curiosity Rover 4WD space probe.

It is currently exploring the barren planet's surface.

YouTube channel Paranormal Crucible, which is often accused of "misinterpreting objects" in NASA images after editing them with so-called colourisation techniques, has released a video entitled "Alien or Sasquatch Skull Found On Mars".

Alien and bigfoot sightings have been linked in the past, with many close encounter survivors claiming to have seen a mysterious craft shortly before a sasquatch emerges.

A blurb for the video released this week said: "Strange artefact found by the rover, appears to resemble a large skull, obviously alien in nature, could it be the remains of a sasquatch or a bizarre Martian creature?"

The video zooms in on an object that is slightly off colour to the rest of the yellowish scene.

It then highlights it with lighter colours to try to sharpen the image, a technique critics of the channel say is misrepresentation.Some viewers of the video believe it looked more like a helmet or head of a statue from from an ancient civilisation than a skull.

However, others remained more grounded, with one saying: "Bigfoot? How about a rock?”
