Tokyo 2020: Seven more people contract COVID at Paralympics

Seven individuals tested positive for the presence of the coronavirus infection at the Tokyo Paralympics over the past 24 hours.

According to the Tokyo 2020 organizing committee, none of those infected were athletes, five positive tests were detected among subcontractors. All infections were registered outside the Paralympic Village.

Tokyo Paralympics will conclude on September 5.
